BUYERS AGENCY USA
Buyers Agency USATM is paid a portion of the total sales commission that the seller and the listing company (or the builder) have agreed in advance to pay to any agent who brings a home buyer to the transaction. We receive payment from the title company at the time of closing. If you have an existing home to sell, we will receive a referral fee from the listing agent you select from among our vetted agent options. There is no cost to you for using our services to help you find your perfect home and go through the closing process.
In
order for us to represent you in finding your new home, you will
execute a Buyers Agency USA Representation Agreement (1), which
establishes us as your buyers' agent, discloses our relationship as
such to the seller, and outlines the services you will receive from us,
including all of the Designed to BuyTM and Escrow GuardTM services.

DISCLOSURE
These services are not offered as any inducement, prize, gift or valuable consideration to secure customers.
In most states, using prizes, money, gifts or other valuable consideration as inducement to secure customers to purchase, lease, sell or list property when the awarding of such prizes, money, gifts or other valuable consideration is conditioned upon the purchase, lease, sale or listing; or soliciting, selling or offering for sale real property by offering free lots, or conducting lotteries or contests, or offering prizes for the purpose of influencing a purchaser or prospective purchaser of real property,
would be a violation of real estate licensing law.
