Buyers Agency USA^TM is paid a portion of the total sales commission that the seller and the listing company (or the builder) have agreed in advance to pay to any agent who brings a home buyer to the transaction.  We receive payment from the title company at the time of closing.  If you have an existing home to sell, we will receive a referral fee from the listing agent you select from among our vetted agent options.  There is no cost to you for using our services to help you find your perfect home and go through the closing process.

In order for us to represent you in finding your new home, you will execute a Buyers Agency USA Representation Agreement (1), which establishes us as your buyers' agent, discloses our relationship as such to the seller, and outlines the services you will receive from us, including all of the Designed to Buy^TM and Escrow Guard^TM services.

DISCLOSURE  

(1)  Real Estate Brokerage Services are provided under state real estate statutes called buyers agency laws which require a buyer's agency agreement at all times during representation. No real estate brokerage services can or will be provided without a signed buyer's agency agreement with Buyers prior to commencement of representation or services.  All Buyers Agency USA Designed to Buy services are provided to our clients based on a fully executed Buyers Agency USA Representation Agreement.  In the event Buyers Agency USA coordinates the qualifications, interviews and selection of another real estate agent or agency to sell the client's home, Buyers Agency USA will collect a referral fee from that other agent or agency.  Buyers Agency USA delivers these services at its sole cost and expense as a valuable service to all Buyers Agency USA clients (just as other companies provide yard signs, hold open house, place advertising, print collateral material, etc.). Buyers Agency USA does not participate in any fees of our teaming partners, nor do our teaming partners participate in any Buyers Agency USA fees. No payment to any teaming partner is derived from the proceeds of any individual real estate transaction or commission.

These services are not offered as any inducement, prize, gift or valuable consideration to secure customers.

In most states, using prizes, money, gifts or other valuable consideration as inducement to secure customers to purchase, lease, sell or list property when the awarding of such prizes, money, gifts or other valuable consideration is conditioned upon the purchase, lease, sale or listing; or soliciting, selling or offering for sale real property by offering free lots, or conducting lotteries or contests, or offering prizes for the purpose of influencing a purchaser or prospective purchaser of real property,
would be a violation of real estate licensing law.
